Morning my lovelies. It’s an absolutely gorgeous day here in Wales and Spring/Summer are pushing through. So today I thought that I would showcase a few of my summer jewellery items, in particular anklets. Who doesn’t love anklets for the Summer?
As you might be aware by now, I also have a shop on this website as an extension of my Etsy shops (here and here). Primarily these shops are for handmade gifts and crafting supplies. But today, as its such a beautiful day, I thought I’d show you some of my jewellery for the summer. Ooo, I’m so excited, I love, love anklets and always have done, and I’m wearing them again! 😀
I’ll kick off with this stunning little number. It’s ideal for brides and bridesmaids, or in fact anyone who is going to a wedding or special occasion. That time of year is now upon us. Do you like my wedding shoes? 🙂
Do you know anyone who is getting married this year? I can’t think of anyone but then most my friends are already married at, ehem, my age!
I think my photography is improving as well. I’m really happy with this last batch. Any tips are welcome though as I am still a novice.
Anyway, I’ll stop waffling and get back to the anklets.
The next one is totally different and has more of an elegant touch but in a masquerade sort of way. You’ll see what I mean.
I love the detail on this anklet. It’s so different to others that I’ve seen,or indeed worn over the years. I snapped them up straight away. I have an image of a slimmer version of me wearing this anklet with an elegant deep blue satin dress and a black mask for a masquerade ball. Hey, a girl can dream!
These shoes incidentally, were supposed to be my wedding shoes for my second wedding (that sounds so awful) but my feet were too swollen on the day and I spent most of it bare footed! They fit me again now! Typical!
This next anklet is a beautiful gold plated anklet with gold leaf charms around it. I can see it looking great on the beach with a sun tan. I’ve actually kept one for me so I need to work on my sun tan now!
I loved taking these photos. I was trying out the manual settings on my dslr and was so happy when I got the fade out effect on this one. 🙂 I’m starting to really enjoy photography.
So here’s a small selection of my new stock. I’ll be adding more today as well so pop by and take a little look. You never know what you might find! The link to the shop is on the menu bar at the top of this page.
I’ve got the comments working on the products now as well so feel free to leave any comments or questions and share. In fact, please do, I love chatting with you.
I hope you have a great weekend. The UK is forecast a mini heat wave so I think we’ll have the paddling pool out for Missy, and me, who am I kidding! And please, don’t forget the sunscreen!
Today I am grateful for:
- Gorgeous weather and sunshine
- The smell of the bluebells wafting through my office window
- My adorable cat Suki, who is curled up under my desk right now
