Today is Fibromyalgia Awareness Day. Usually I do something a bit more than wear purple but this year, to be quite honest, I’ve had enough of fibro. It has made my life very difficult the last few months and as such I don’t really want to talk about it. I know, that’s not exactly the spirit but I think I have a solution. I’m going to put together a collection of my favourite blog posts about fibro by myself and other fibro bloggers. I hope you find them helpful.
I’ll start with a tongue in cheek post from me,
10 Sure Fire Ways to Trigger a Flare (for when you need to get out of seeing the mother-in-law!)
This next post is from Shelley at Chronic Mom.
Donna from Fed up with Fatigue recently posted a useful post of tips to help cope with fibro.
The next post is by Ness from The Girl with 5 Lads. Another tongue in cheek post with a big message.
Meet Julie from Counting my Spoons.
Kim from Grace is Sufficient talks about the often overlooked caregivers.
Please pop by and have a look at the other posts on these blogs. There is a lot of useful information in them and you might find the solution that you’ve been looking for.
Lots of love and spoons xx
